Our story
From a local gardening company to whole-home renovation
Our journey began when Vernon and Vanja Martins acquired a local gardening company with the aim of building a well-run, reliable business centred around quality workmanship. As experience and capabilities grew, so did the projects, and Dream Living Spaces was established.
Who we help: homeowners who want their house improved without becoming the project manager themselves, from a single bathroom to a full-property renovation.
What we specialise in: interiors, kitchens, bathrooms and extensions, alongside property renovation, heating, landscaping, flooring and furnishing. We work with a network of experienced tradespeople and specialists and combine their expertise with our own project management.

Where we work: from our base in Keston across Bromley, Biggin Hill, Orpington, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Croydon, Sevenoaks, Westerham, Oxted, and more widely across Central London, East London, South London, Kent, Surrey, North Sussex, East Berkshire.

Quality standards
Work is sequenced properly: structure and services first, then plastering, joinery and decoration, so nothing is covered up before it is right and nothing is redone. Specifications are agreed in writing before work starts.
