The terms on which we provide estimates and carry out work.
1. About us
These terms apply to work carried out by Dream Living Spaces, of Kimberley Business Park, Leaves Green, Keston BR2 6HL. Contact: enquiries@dreamlivingspaces.co.uk, 07878 938265.
2. Enquiries and estimates
An enquiry through this website is a request for us to contact you; it does not create a contract. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions known at the time and are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Scope of work
The agreed scope, specification and price are set out in writing. Changes requested during the project are confirmed and priced before they are carried out.
4. Timescales
Timescales are given in good faith and depend on material availability, site conditions and weather. We will keep you informed of any change.
5. Payments
Payment terms, including any deposit and stage payments, are set out in the written estimate or agreement for your project.
6. Guarantees
Any guarantee that applies to your work is explained when we discuss your project and confirmed in writing with the agreed scope.
7. Insurance
We work with contractors who hold public liability insurance.
8. Access and site conditions
You agree to give reasonable access to the property during working hours. Hidden defects found once work starts, such as structural, damp or service issues, are discussed with you and any additional work is priced before it proceeds.
9. Cancellation
If you are a consumer and the contract is made away from our premises, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Details are provided with your written estimate.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our work, contact us on 07878 938265 or enquiries@dreamlivingspaces.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve it.
11. Website content
Content on this website is for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but it does not form part of any contract.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
